Cancellation and Refund

This cancellation and refund policy applies to tour packages provided by Arti Yatra Private Limited, and doesn’t cover any third-party services like hotel, flight booking, and car/tempo/bus rental services.

Cancellations must be submitted in written via official email at least 30 days before the actual date of commencement of tour. Cancellation charges are given below (which stand valid for any services provided by Arti Yatra):

  • 10% of the total amount, if cancellation is made before 30 days,
  • 25% of the total amount, if cancellation is made between 15-30 days,
  • 50% of the total amount, if cancellation is made between 7-15 days,
  • 100% of the total amount, if cancellation request is received within seven days or for instant cancellations.

Hotel or other reservations made through our website require reconfirmation prior to a week, at least. For any cancellation request to stand valid, it is important to provide a written consent. When a written consent is not given, cancellations may incur additional fees, payable by the customer. Arti Yatra Private Limited cannot process refunds from hotels until received from them. For credit card payments, the contract is considered final, and refunds, if any, will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) at the end of the tour based on conversion rates at the time of refund.

Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to emergency circumstances only will be processed within ten days after your safe return to home country. However, no refund will be provided if it is demanded by you. There will be no refund if you fail to utilize any of the services on the tour.

Note: Hotel, Flight booking, and car/tempo/bus rental are third-party services, which are governed by the respective company’s policies. Hence, customers are advised to refer to the respective service provider’s cancellation and refund policies. Arti Yatra is not liable for accepting cancellation or issuing refund on their behalf. We provide refund based on the refund amount received from the respective third-party vendors.

Similarly, flight cancellation charges will be levied and refund will be processed by the respective airline only.

Changes/modification in travel

For any changes in travel plan, original booking has to be cancelled. Cancellation charges would apply as mentioned above, and fresh bookings have to be made to accommodate the new plan.

Legal disputes, if any, will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
