Arti Yatra Private Limited is a registered tour and travel company based in New Delhi, India. By booking tours with Arti Yatra Private Limited, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand our terms & conditions for using the website and booking services from us.
Bookings
A contract is established between you and Arti Yatra Private Limited once we confirm the service of your choice and receive the signed booking amount. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made by you using our website - through our consultants, via phone, email, or online at https://arti-yatra.com/.
To confirm your booking, all required fields must be correctly filled and duly signed by you. Your signature confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms a binding contract with us.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your trip. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Prices and Taxes
Prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are based on twin-share accommodations unless stated otherwise. Prices quoted on the website are subject to change based on factors like currency fluctuations, airfare increases, and changes in taxes, which may affect the overall cost. Changes may occur even after full payment due to the abovementioned factors, which are beyond our control. For the latest price updates, please contact our Help & Support team.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, though you may be liable for additional taxes or surcharges at airports or hotels if indicated.
Products
Our travel packages and services (referred to as “Products”) are available for booking on our website and other authorized channels. Products are subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn by the supplier without prior notice.
Payment
A 50% deposit of the total tour cost per person is required to hold your booking, which should be paid directly to the official account of Arti Yatra Private Limited. The remaining balance must be paid at least seven days before departure. For peak seasons, full payment may be required upfront to hold and confirm your booking. We reserve the right to set specific advance payment amounts based on the tour’s specifics and timing.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via official email at least 30 days before the actual date of commencement of tour. Cancellation charges are given below:
- 10% of the total amount for cancellations made before 30 days.
- 25% of the total amount for cancellations made between 15-30 days.
- 50% of the total amount for cancellations made between 7-15 days.
- 100% of the total amount for cancellations made within seven days or instant cancellations.
Hotel or other reservations made through our website require reconfirmation prior to a week, at least. When a written consent is not given, cancellations may incur additional fees, payable by the customer. Arti Yatra Private Limited cannot process refunds from hotels until received from them. For credit card payments, the contract is considered final, and refunds, if any, will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) at the end of the tour based on conversion rates at the time of refund. Legal disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to emergency circumstances will be processed within ten days after returning your home country.
Liability for Third-Party Services
Arti Yatra Private Limited does not control hotels or other facilities listed on our website or in itineraries, and hence cannot be held liable for issues arising from third-party services. The third-party services have their own Terms & Conditions, and are governed by their concerning authorities. We do, however, take reasonable steps to ensure quality standards in all services provided to our customers.
Complaints or Disputes
We strive to provide a seamless travel experience to all our customers, but unforeseen issues may arise. For any complaints, please contact your tour manager, who will make every attempt to resolve matters on the spot. Even if the issue is unresolved, you are requested to submit a written complaint within 28 days. Delayed complaints may hinder our ability to investigate. Disputes between you and Arti Yatra Private Limited shall be governed by Indian jurisdiction.
Passport & Visa Assistance
Foreign travelers must carry a valid passport and visa with a minimum of six months' validity. While we do not provide passport services, we offer visa services for an additional fee, not included in the package cost.
Prolonged Stay – Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Hotels generally follow standard check-in and check-out times. However, if the need for early check-in or late check-out arises, it may be chargeable by the hotel. Charges for early check-in or late check-out are not included in the package and depend on hotel policy and room availability.
Extra Use of Vehicle
Vehicle use beyond what is specified in the itinerary will incur additional charges, payable by the client.
Itinerary Changes Due to Unavoidable Circumstances
Once your tour begins, the itinerary will be followed as planned initially. However, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments due to unforeseen events to ensure your safety.
Surges
Price surges may apply if there is a sudden increase in fuel prices, scheduled airfare, or government-imposed taxes.
Our Liability
Arti Yatra Private Limited accepts liability for arrangements solely under our control, including any misconduct or negligence by our employees. In circumstances beyond our control, we are ready to accept liability.
However, we are not liable to you or any person traveling with you for: death, accidents, personal injury, sickness, loss, delay, increased expenses, damage, or theft howsoever caused.
We are not liable for any act or default or omission by any third-party provider or by their employees/agents engaged in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage, or any other facility.
We don’t take liability for events such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, strikes, terrorist acts, war, transport issues, extreme weather, airport closures, or similar unforeseen events.
